Of course, as would be the case with his other recent crap merch (bibles, watches, etc.), grifter Trump is getting a fee for his endorsement of the product rather than having any involvement in their production and would not be pocketing the full proceeds of salesLoki wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 12:54 amGibson has issued Trump a cease and desist for stealing their designs.

Ah yes, lets see how that works out for you, threatening other countries for...well, daring to not kowtow to the mighty US dollar;
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/trump-th ... 19520.htmlTrump, in a Truth Social post, said: “We require a commitment from these Countries that they will neither create a new BRICS Currency, nor back any other Currency to replace the mighty U.S. Dollar or, they will face 100% Tariffs, and should expect to say goodbye to selling into the wonderful U.S. Economy."

Re: Donald Trump
So Trump has announced the new ambassador to France, Jarad Kushners brother. I can hear everyone saying, who", And, "he's got a brother?" Yes, news to everybody, a complete nothing, but hold on not a complete nothing really, he's well know to law enforcement, no, no silly, no on their side lol!
Tax Fraud, lying to the Electoral Commission, blackmail, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, it's a matter of, you name it, he's probably done it!
Trump says he is a strong advocate, France should just refuse to let him enter the country based on his criminal record!

Re: Donald Trump
I am just imagining a future where these people are brought before a tribunal and charged with causing tens of thousands of deaths due to anti-vaccine activity while they were in power. I mean if they get their way and vaccines are suddenly verboten the number of preventable deaths will skyrocket to such an extreme I can imagine a huge backlash. But that will of course require intelligent people be in power and not the idiocracy they have at the moment.wolty wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 1:13 pm It's death by a thousand cuts in the USA at the moment. Re: Donald Trump
It took 1.2 million deaths for these clowns to somehow be proven right last time.
Many times more next time.

1.2m? Republicans said "hold your breath."
Re: Donald Trump
There won't be a backlash, there'll be a pogrom against whoever these fuckwits choose to blame...which will probably be immigrants and LGBTQ+ people, along with the communists in the Democrats.stevebrooks wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 1:49 pm

The nation falling to pieces is actually good for maga, it proves the point they are trying to make: 'America is under attack from demonic forces and demonic woke ideology, and just look at the evidence all around you. Pestilence, crop failure, societal collapse, starvation...it is the end times, just like we have always said it was.'
Maga is indeed a death cult, as all fascisms are.
First they came for the 'illegal' immigrants...and i did not speak out because i was not an illegal immigrant.
Then they came for...
Re: Donald Trump
There's a kind of a "just you wait, you'll be sorry" vibe out there, or maybe it's people believing in the "find out" stage, that comes after you fuck around. It was exemplified by the recent-ish Daily Mail article about Democrats mocking Trump voters who didn't realise Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act were the same thing, and now they have buyer's remorse because they might lose their health insurance.pipbarber wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 5:52 pmThere won't be a backlash, there'll be a pogrom against whoever these fuckwits choose to blame...which will probably be immigrants and LGBTQ+ people, along with the communists in the Democrats.stevebrooks wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 1:49 pm

The very weird thing about this article is that there was no primary source of any Republican voters actually saying this, it was all second hand, it was Democrats talking about the phenomenon, Democrats who probably want to believe that Trump 2.0 is impossible or unsustainable, it's going to collapse at any second.
Maybe it's the weaponisation of hope. People who understand that MAGA=fascism are ineffective if they are allowed to believe that it is weak, incompetent, shambolic, there's no need to organise against it, it will fall apart of its own accord. Is the horrendous Daily Mail taking part in such a chess opening? Am I reading too much into it?
My reaction when Trump won was "it's the apocalypse". I was specifically thinking of Michael Mann who I might unkindly categorise as a climate/energy transition "Pollyanna" and even he said "it's game over for the climate if Trump wins." Mocking a couple of deluded Republicans doesn't do much to cheer me up.
