Two people died in this crash, don't watch it if you don't want to, it doesn't show anything grisly, it's just a minute of idiots in fast cars completely ignoring every road rule in the book before two of them killed themselves.

Dash cam owners, the crashes episode, 22 minutes long, 5 Motor cycle crashes, only one actually the fault of the motor cyclist and I don't think there were any serious injuries, but apart from that, the usual assortment. Utterly bizarre, people just driving off the road and into things, lamp posts, other cars etc, people just driving over the lines into the oncoming traffic lane, and yes sure some of these could have been the result of medical episodes, but some of them obviously weren't, just people, basically, not driving properly.

Mind you there were a few where I felt I would have slowed down and perhaps avoided the crash, but that's hard to say since it indeed didn't happen to me, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. One thing I won't give the benefit of the doubt on though is people being polite, it's not your job on the road to be polite, it's your job on the road to follow the road rules. It's something I nearly had a serious accident with myself long ago, but people on the inside of multi-lane roads politely stopping to let people across onto the opposite side of the road, even while the traffic ahead of them is moving cleanly. No, do not do that, it isn't polite, it's dangerous because the person pulling out cannot see what's coming in the next lane!

Then we have the roundabout runners who seem to think roundabouts are a special function of a straight road, the give wayers who try to wave you across even though they are on the continuing road and you have a give way/stop sign, all idiots. Oh well, rant over, here it is!

He pleaded not guilty. I am reminded of the immortal Frontier Psychiatrist:
"We don't use words like 'crazy' any more. You are simply suffering from a traumatic dislocation of your emotional processes."
"Well what does that mean?"
"YOU'RE A NUT! YOU'RE CRAZY IN THE COCONUT!"

And remarkably, it looked like no-one was seriously injured, apart from ego's of course, some of them were good for a laugh at least.

Technically not a dash cam video, police must have been sitting behind the driver;

Ooh we got a follow up, seems he escaped from the police, on foot, leaving his car and passenger behind, bet his passenger was having happy thoughts. he later handed himself in and ended up with multiple charges, which of course raises the question, why bother running in the first place? Dude they have your car and license plates, they have your passenger, they probably knew where you lived before you got home, what an idiot!
