Trump floats plan to invade Panama and take control of the Panama Canal "by any means necessary." So war with Panama now? He's acting more like Putin everyday.

Invade Panama? Is that before or after invading Mexico? Or Canada? Definitely Greenland.
He's really taking on the geopolitical power players, isn't he. The politics of an infantile bully.
Just came to post that, you beat me. What's next, the US to invade Greenland, that might be a war they could win, if they were only fighting the inhabitants, but I think the rest of Europe might have a word to about that!

Matt Gaetz ethics report released:
“The Committee determined there is substantial evidence that Representative Gaetz violated House Rules and other standards of conduct prohibiting prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use, impermissible gifts, special favours or privileges, and obstruction of Congress,” the report concluded.
His response;
He rubbished the report, said he was “charged with nothing,” and the “people investigating me hated me”.
So his fellow Republican's hated him, they probably had a good reason, because of his rape, special favours and privileges, obstruction of congress and etc. Surely if you do illegal and unethical stuff stuff that makes people hate you, that's a you problem?
Annex Canada, invade Panama and invade Greenland (which would probably entail war with Denmark). Given that Trump's second term doesn't look like including the guard rail of actual adults, he'll probably try some or all of these things. Although, he does imply that Canada has some kind of choice in regard to becoming the 51st state. What happened to invading Mexico?
2025 may even exceed 2024 in horror.

He is appalling. It's tempting to say he's getting worse, but he was always this bad. These are new pets for Trump, he must be bored with the wall, Mexico, the Muslim ban etc.

Yep he has always been like this, his first response to anything is to nuke it. Hurricanes, nuke em, N Korea (before he fell in love with Jim) nuke em, Iran? nuke em. Gaza will be next, nuke em. Adults in the last administration held him back so we really didn't get to see his worst excesses, and because he was held in check, while he said these things but was constrained from doing them, people claim it was all talk, or threats to put pressure on other. No, he was restrained by the adults in the administration, they stopped him nuking a hurricane, they stopped him getting the army to shoot demonstrators, and because that didn't happen the morons gave him a second chance, you don't get a third one I am afraid.

The President is at it again, he has called for the expulsion of a congresswoman after she criticised Elon Musk....oops sorry, should have said the "Unofficial President Musk" is at it again;
The incident began when Connecticut Representative Rosa DeLauro raised concerns about Musk’s influence on the government funding process. She suggested that Musk played a role in derailing an initial version of the spending bill through a tweet warning supporters they could face primary challenges. The original bill included measures to regulate U.S. investments in China, a move that might have clashed with Musk’s extensive business interests in the country.
Following the tweet, the bill was revised, with the section on China omitted. DeLauro later penned a letter to congressional leaders, questioning whether this change reflected behind-the-scenes corruption and suggesting it might have been tailored to benefit Musk.
Musk reacted angrily, calling DeLauro an “awful creature” on social media and declaring that she “needs to be expelled from Congress.”
Benen described Musk’s response as alarming, stating, “Members of Congress have the right to question potential corruption and raise concerns about influential public figures. Whether DeLauro’s allegations are valid or not, suggesting an elected official should be removed from office for criticizing a billionaire is, at the very least, unsettling.”
Not sure how exactly an unelected member of DOGE, an unofficial government agency that can't actually be a department unless congress votes it in to existence, gets to call for an "elected" member of congress to be expelled because she said something he didn't like! Bizarre, the US goes more and more downhill everyday.

I so could be wrong, i'm in guess work world, but i just can't believe that Musk is going to survive this self inserted political commentary/power grab that he is running with. Step back you fucking dipshit! Can you not see that when it comes to you verses Trump, you lose? Can you not see that VP JD, Trumps bizarre adult children and the other grifters that have been grifting for maga for 8 years fucking hate you?
The man must be a fucking idiot! He can get all he wants by just shutting his big fucking pie hole and sitting in the rafters. But here i'm conflating power over public policy with Elon Musk's 'wants.' Perhaps that is not his want. Either that or he's an idiot. Or i'm just completely wrong about the whole thing.
What i do reckon, with some degree of confidence, is that Trump would very much like to be the richest man on earth. Pretty much a life long ambition, i'd have thought. Hmmm...i wonder how he might go about achieving that?
Edit: Big prediction approaching - By this time next year Musk will be either dead or in jail.
