In news that will surprise absolutely no one, who has a clear understanding of what is happening, Trump is planning for a third term.
I reckon he'll drop dead before 2028 though. You really don't see many people suffering from obesity make it far into their eighties, against that of course he has around the clock medical support.
We can safely assume that the medical support has not been appointed by his secretary of health, but then again, maybe RFK will impose his views and kill the orange turd with a glass of raw milk. Oh, i've lapsed into fantasy again, sorry.

He was talking about this before he was elected, but all the right wingers kept saying "Oh he's only kidding, you lefties just can't take a joke." Ha jokes on you right wing pundits, he was serious.....oh crap!

There's still no push back.....he'll keep doing this until he gets push back. But I think it's way past that anyway. Who's going to stop him?

The next round of tariffs start on Wednesday.
I'm not an economist, but from what i have discerned from those who are, and historians, the US dollar is at risk of being abandoned as the global reserve currency. Saudi Arabia are selling oil to China in Yuan and the Brics group is developing its trading currency. The Euro may also strengthen. We of course will have to switch to Yuan, we probably should be doing that now. This gradual move away from the dollar will obviously precipitate a massive depression in the US, its currency will collapse in value. They won't be able to buy anything. They won't be able to service their debt. They'll be fucked, and they have 500 million firearms on the street.
I really don't think it matters much that Trump is planning to run in 2028. If maga are still in control by then, the US will be a complete basket case, a failed state. I'm not sure anyone else would want the job.

Trump now openly threatening Greenland with invasion and war!
He then reiterated his resolve to a White House press gathering: “I think we’ll go as far as we have to go. We need Greenland. And the world needs us to have Greenland, including Denmark.”
It's time for Europe and places like Greenland to realise that the US is now as big a threat as Russia, and for Greenland to declare the US an enemy and order all US troops off the island. You might suggest this will just bring the US in faster, but under Trump that already appears to be a foregone conclusion so may as well get it going now!
News of this letter arrives on the same day Harvard is being threatened with funding cuts. Actually, Harvard are really fucking wealthy and also quite conservative but it's the principle, innit. Harvard are probably the only Uni in the US that might have the capacity to tell US.gov to fuck off. Judging by how other Unis have acted though, they'll definitely surrender.
As for the scientists, I say lets get some of them here! Can we have a scientific asylum program please, a couple of hundred government subsidised positions in key areas, like vaccines, climate change, medical research etc restricted to US applicants. It actually wouldn't cost all that much because i suspect that people would happily take a relative pay cut to live somewhere that is safe, somewhere they can do their work without being harassed. In any case they'd return the investment on the basis of their research, they could bring their families. Why don't we take advantage of the US brain drain? A smart country would do that.

Ah right, man mistakenly sent to Salvadorian prison due to an "administrative" error! Maybe if he had been given due process they would picked up this "administrative" error. But it 's to bad because now that he is in the Salvadorian prison the US has no power to bring him back, so sad, to bad!
He was deported "accidentally" even though ICE knew of his protection from removal to El Salvador, so not an accident then, they knew, but they still went ahead, a deliberate action if I have ever seen one!
So now government lawyers are arguing because he is now in another country they have no jurisdiction, but that's lawyers and courts right, why can't President Trump, you know the leader of the most powerful country in the world, just say to his counterpart in El Salvador, "we want this man sent back to the US." So simple right, just tell them to send him back, there's no need for a legal process. I mean they shipped him there with no legal process, so obviously it does not require legal processes to ship him back!

The path forward seems almost predictable. If people who vandalise tesla cars are 'terrorists' and those that 'encourage' them are also terrorists, it won't be long before critics are terrorists too. Comics, journalists, artists....after that, i guess the democratic party become a cover for terrorist organisations and are dissolved? Will it go that far? Because this is the path of full blown fascism.
I'm pretty amazed by the overall lack of alarm. Why is this not completely freaking everyone out? (I'm referring to my own real life circles). 'Oh yes, it's terrible...anyway, so how good is severance...' WTF?

Thousands are tuning in to watch Cory Booker hold the Senate floor as his marathon speech against the “grave and urgent” danger posed by the Trump administration closes in on the 22-hour mark.
He's been going for 22 hours. I like this. It's gimmicky, yes, but that's ok. I hope he breaks the record (held by an anti-civil rights goon). Bring the dexies.

At least Hillary had the email server on site, she didn't fucking use something like yahoo mail! I mean why not use semaphore flags or just yell the secrets from the top windows of the WH, google fucking mail, oh fucking lol!
Oh yes, and weren't these the same people whose details and passwords were publicly available for the world so see?
